  I choose this YOUTUBE video about nail design because I LOVE MY NAILS. Even though I am a "secretary" and a student, does not mean that I can not have my NAILS. My nails are reasonable in length, and I love to keep a design on them! I thought this video was very interesting and seemed to be simple enough even for me to do and maybe save me some money! Thanks!

WE #6 - Communication

Communication is the key to make anything a success, whether it is in a personal or business setting. Communication can be verbal (written, spoken) or non-verbal (actions). How a person communicates often defines what type of person they are--outgoing, leader, follower, team player, etc. As a supervisor your communication skills must be great in order to give directions to your employees, and to have the ability to listen and solve problems. I know for after working in a prison for years, communication was the key to us (officers) having a safe day. However, if a situation did occur, we would always look to our Supervisor to give us the tasks that they needed to be done and done correctly!
